Reserve seats for a specific meal by e-mailing the course instructor (Oscar Oberkircher) at oberkioj@oneonta.edu.  Your reservation will be confirmed by an e-mail response.  Payment for meals, cash or check payable to "OAS FOOD 239" @ $9.00 or $10 (as priced) per person, can be made in person at the Human Ecology Department office (100 Human Ecology Bldg) or with Oscar Oberkircher (142 Human Ecology Bldg).  Your meal tickets will be mailed to you.  Meal tickets are non-refundable because the money will be spent on food.  If you can not attend a meal please give your ticket to someone else so that we have a full seating for the students.

These meals are produced by the students of FOOD 239 and FOOD 235 as part of the course learning and no profit is made on the sale of meal tickets.  Please remember that, though the students strive to produce and serve a superb meal to our guests, this is a learning experience and as such may have an occasional detour from the intended plan.
