Tournament ResultsI reviewed the USFA rulebook on the matter of forfeited bouts. The score is ruled 0-0 but the fencer present for action is awarded the bout. Counts as a victory but total touches scored can't be allowed to affect a tie against a fencer who actually fought a bout. Brackets for the Direct Elimination Round PDF The brackets give the top four fencers a bye in the first round. Each fencer is shown in the seeding at the first round. We will have each bout in the DE to fifteen points and three rounds of three minutes each. I will ask club fencers to attend upon us as referees. |
