• Lab:
  • This week's experiment- Experiment #10: Forensic Chemistry. You will also take home your soap this week.
  • Extra Credit Lab Report Information:
    • The extra credit lab report must be done on Experiment #9
    • Due Date: Hand in to your lab instructor at the last lab the week after Thanksgiving break.

  • This week's experiment is "Spectroscopic Aspirin Analysis." Your second formal lab report will be on this experiment and is due in lab next week. Instructions for your report and supplemental articles on Aspirin can be found on the lab web page.

• Lab:
  • This week you will be extracting caffeine from coffee and tea. Instructions will be provided to you in lab.
  • Graded exams will be handed back to you in lab this week. EXAM 1 ANSWER KEY
  • Formal report #1 rewrites are due one week from when you received your graded report. If you submit a rewrite, please attach the original report at the end
