Andrew C. Gallup, Ph.D.


Academic Background: I am an Evolutionary Psychologist with diverse academic training and research experience. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University at Albany and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences (Ecology, Evolution and Behavior) from Binghamton University.

Before coming to the State University of New York at Oneonta, I worked as a Postdoc in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Princeton University from 2010-2012 and a Visiting Assistant Professor of Psychology at Bard College from 2012-2013. Prior to this, I also worked as a Visiting Researcher in the Center for Insect Science at the University of Arizona (2010-2011) and an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Biological Sciences and Institute for Evolutionary Studies at Binghamton University (2012).
