Submission of Application
Your application should include the following:

Description of your use of technology.
Describe in detail your approach, methods and the technology required
to implement the project.

Appraisal of how technology enabled
achievement of learning objectives.

Student and colleague testimonials
that describe reactions/opinions of others.

Electronic instructional materials
(e.g. web pages, applications, etc.)
The deadline for submission is November 15, 2006 by 4:30 PM. Submit
applications to Jim Greenberg, TLTC, Milne Library. Electronic
submissions should be sent to greenbjb@oneonta.edu in Word or
PDF format.

Successful candidate selection will
be by recommendation of the Educational Technology Committee to
the Provost.
