- Sanskrit texts on mathematical astronomy and cosmology
- The tension between scientific and sacred cosmologies in pre-modern India
- The reception of Islamic astronomy in India
- Diagrams in Sanskrit mathematical and astronomical works and their interpretation
- Sanskrit manuscripts: scripts, writing materials and utensils, families of scribes, etc., and also cataloging, preservation, and editing
- Omen literature from ancient India and Mesopotamia
