Our 1st special dinner featured Sodexo Global Chef Darko Marin from Slovenia on Thursday Feb 6. We served guests a great Slovenian dinner starting with black olive bread, a radicchio & shrimp salad, duck with an out of this world plum sauce followed by a blended cake that was wonderful. We served a fantastic Slovenian red and Alsatian white with the meal |
Our 2nd special dinner was a Valentine's event and included 4 different sparkling wines paired with the 4 courses of the meal. A salad was served with a blood orange vinaigrette and goat cheese, the appetizer included a duck confit, the entree featured duck breast and black truffle potatoes and dessert was a chocolate trio! |
