We have held two wonderful dinners so far during spring 2014 and are working with Lynn Cross (Wilsbach GM) on a third special dinner

An email will be sent when that "Cooking with Power Tools" dinner is ready to roll!

Our 1st special dinner featured Sodexo Global Chef Darko Marin from Slovenia on Thursday Feb 6. We served guests a great Slovenian dinner starting with black olive bread, a radicchio & shrimp salad, duck with an out of this world plum sauce followed by a blended cake that was wonderful.

We served a fantastic Slovenian red and Alsatian white with the meal

Our 2nd special dinner was a Valentine's event and included 4 different sparkling wines paired with the 4 courses of the meal. A salad was served with a blood orange vinaigrette and goat cheese, the appetizer included a duck confit, the entree featured duck breast and black truffle potatoes and dessert was a chocolate trio!
