This meal is prepared by students of FOOD 235: Design, Layout and Operations. The menu stays the same because the students change with each meal. Come to all three and enjoy great food while giving the students on OJT (on the job training)!

Vegetable Minestrone soup

French Onion soup (yes, with the melted cheese)

Italian-marinated Chicken sandwich

Taco Salad in a fresh-made Taco Shell bowl

each served with vegetable cole slaw
