Welcome to the Restaurant and Catering Management Luncheon Website
Before you check over the menus, we would like to tell you a little but about the course and the luncheons.
Our students prepare and serve these meals as part of their course learning. This means that they are working really hard to prepare great food and serve you to the best of their ability. It also means that there may be occasional detours from the plan.
Our menus offer lots of flavors, cultural influences and ingredients. This means that each is a fun and flavorful adventure. It also means that some recipes may include allergens such as nuts, gluten, etc. If you have any food allergies please alert us when you reserve seats. We will do our best to accomodate your needs and will let you know if we can not. Also, a vegetarian meal option can be available at every meal as long as you let us know when you make your reservation.
Meal payments are made in advance and are non-refundable. We spend all monies received on ingredients and supplies. If you are unable to attend a meal then please pass your ticket on to a friend who can. They will be thankful, and owe you big, and our students will derive better learning, experience and growth.
Meal payments should be sent to Oscar Oberkircher, 142 B Human Ecology Bldg. Payments may be made in cash or check payable to "FOOD 239." Payments are deposited into our OAS account.
Luncheons are served on the specified date and start at noon. Please arrive on time since the meal service moves quickly to fit within our guest's lunch hour. Take-outs are available if requested.
