Hors d’Oeuvres

 

 Duck confit with apple chutney Tartlettes

Tender confit of Duck perfectly prepared & paired with our own apple chutney

(garnish- micro greens & pickled red onion)

 

New York Cheddar & Sausage with cidered red onions on Cider Bread toast

True New York cheddar cheese & in house artisanal sausage with onions braised in hard cider served on cider bread toast

 

Herbed yogurt cheese en Croute (Phyllo) with Shallot Raspberry Cider reduction

- Our custom herbed yogurt cheese wrapped in crispy Phyllo and drizzled with a shallot and Raspberry Cider Reduction

(garnish- pickled red onion)

 

Apple Gazpacho shooter

            A refreshing maple apple gazpacho

 

Cider freeze pops

            Custom hard cider freeze pops made to order!

 

Salad

 

Beet salad with yogurt cheese panna cotta & micro greens

- A beautiful mix of tender young beets, yogurt cheese panna cotta, & micro greens tossed in hard cider vinaigrette

Granny Smith hard cider sorbet

A delightful sorbet made from Granny Smith hard cider

Duxelle & Apple Pork Roulade with a mushroom cider sauce

Cider braised pork loin stuffed with New York apples and Duxelle mushrooms with a delicate mushroom cider sauce

served with  

Cidered Spaetzle

Our very own Spaetzle recipe sautéed in herbed cider butter and served with our secret recipe cider stock

 and

Butternut Squash puree with caramelized apples

A beautiful puree of savory butternut squash and caramelized apples

 

 or

 

Butternut Squash Risotto with red onion cider confiture (Vegetarian option)

Perfectly prepared Cider risotto with butternut squash, and a red onion confiture


 

 Dessert

 

Tarte Tatin with hard cider ice creams

For the ultimate apple lover! Roasted apples layered in a puff pastry tart, served with our very own hard cider ice creams

 

Woodchuck Hard Ciders will be paired throughout the event (proof of legal age required)
