Comments on UnCAS and Laptops in the Classroom

1) What were the positive aspects of having a laptop computer with you all day, every day for the past semester?

Comments: The use of my own computer whenever I want and wherever I want

2) What were the negative aspects of having a laptop computer with you all day, every day for the past semester?

Comments: Hauling the laptop around

3) Assuming that there were no financial burden on you and you had a fixed amount of money to spend on a computer, would you buy a laptop or a desktop computer? Why?

Comments:PC, get more for the same amount of money, harder to steal

4) If a student were required to pay $70.00 per month more for 3 years, in order to pay for a computer, what kind of a burden do you believe that would pose on the average student? Explain.

Comments: Most college students can't afford that, and barely get by as it is

5) Requiring students to have a computer for college, is that a

Comments:Fair, because there is enought computers on campus for students

6) What else would you like to say about this whole thing?

Comments: I loved this laptop, and i will miss it. I also learned alot about networking, and it was convienent that all students had the same computers
