Before you start working on tutorials, please read the problem descriptions for what you need to print out. If you just follow book, you do not know what to print out.
This assignment will give you an introduction to the database tool known as Microsoft Access.
Using your book for this course, complete all of the following tasks. Note that you do NOT have to do any of the exercises at the end of the chapter unless you are specifically told to do so. Also do not do any of the exercises having to do with speech or the language bar.
Here is a typical question for which you might need an answer when you work on page 69.
Qestion: When i got to page number
69 figure 2-26 in the second tutorial I wasnt able to
do the task.
Answer: Please go to page 69 and follow
step 5 and step 6 to find the external data in the Excel file.
Where to find the data? The place you had used for any raw data
file. Still remember how to copy raw data from the public folder which has an
office icon on the desktop. So, just use any lab computer, locate
that office files icon, then click it to go to course technology, you
won't miss it.
Staple together, in the following order,
