As for bookmark or anchor in dreamweaver
Using an anchor is a two-step process. 
1. click to move the cursor to the place you would like to create an anchor (bookmark), then, go to menu insert->named anchor, give a unique name to create the anchor.
2. click to another place to highlight a word or something where you want to use the anchor when being clicked, then go to the menu insert byperlink, then click on the drop down arrow to choose the anchor.
