step 1: go to google chart
https://developers.google.com/chart/

Step 2: click on Get Started 

Step 3: Follow the instruction on that page. copy the html code.

Step 4: Go to Dreamweaver to create a new page. Select everything on the code view.

Step 5: paste the html code copied from step 3 to replace everything on the code view. 

Step 6: read the code and customize the code carefully.
