College is in full swing so since you can't go to the Florida Keys for vacation we brought the vacation to you!

Mixed greens, 3 dressings (Ranch, Italian and Balsamic), fresh vegetables

Crab Claw bisque

Entree:
Dijon-Dill Grilled Chicken Breast
and
Bourbon-barbequed Baby Back Ribs
served with
Garlic-Onion Whipped potatoes and green beans with a citrus-parsley butter
and
Cuban rolls

Dessert:
Mandarin-Pineapple cake
or
Bahamian Bread Pudding with a Banana-Rum sauce
fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream is available upon request
