Happy Thanksgiving

FOOD 235 is a facility design course in which students gain practical experience at various foodservice operations around town.  Well, we have such a nice kitchen that we thought why not have the students work in our kitchen as they have in others around the area.  Therefore, we are offering a special limited menu that provides our foodservice management and dietetics students with good hands-on experience while providing you with good fun food. 

Served two Wednesdays and one Monday during this semester
in Room 143 of the Human Ecology Building. 
Come as soon as you are able
(we can start your meal anytime between 11:45 am - 12:10 pm)

Appetizer, Salad and Soup Choices:
(choose two of the following)
Appetizers:
Mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara sauce,
Chicken Finger with Honey Mustard sauce
Salad:
House Salad with choice of Balsamic, Italian or Ranch dressings
Soups:
Minestrone with Pesto or French Onion

Entree:
(Choose one of the following)
Grilled Chicken Sandwich*
or
Turkey Club Sandwich*
or
Eggplant Parmesan*
or
Taco Salad

*served with Vegetable Coleslaw

 Dessert:
(Choose one)
Guinness Brownies
or
Pecan Pie
or
Apple Cranberry crisp
fresh whipped cream or vanilla ice cream is available upon request for either dessert

Beverages:
Coca Cola, Diet Coke, Orange, lemonade, iced tea,
Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Hot tea
